Summit State Bank Reports 36% Increase in Profitability and Declaration of Dividend
July 28, 2015 9:29 AM EDTSANTA ROSA, Calif., July 28, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Summit State Bank (Nasdaq: SSBI) today reported net income for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 of $1,746,000, a 36% increase over the quarter ended June 30, 2014. A quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share was declared for common shareholders.

The Board of Directors declared a $0.12 quarterly dividend to be paid on August 25, 2015 to common shareholders of record on August 17, 2015.
