NantKwest Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

(formerly Conkwest, Inc.), a clinical-stage immunotherapy company focused on harnessing the power of the innate immune system by using the natural killer cell to treat cancer, infectious diseases and inflammatory diseases, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,288,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $25.00 per share.
