American Capital Agency Corp. Reports $(0.97) Comprehensive Loss Per Common Share And $24.00 Net Book Value Per Common Share
July 27, 2015 4:01 PM EDTBETHESDA, Md., July 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- American Capital Agency Corp. ("AGNC" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: AGNC) today reported a comprehensive loss for the second quarter of 2015 of $(0.97) per common share and net book value of $24.00 per common share. Economic loss for the period, defined as dividends per common share and the change in net book value ("NAV") per common share, was -3.6% for the quarter, or -14.3% on an annualized basis.
