UDR, Inc. (UDR) Tops Q2 FFO by 1c; Lifts Outlook

UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) reported Q2 FFO of $0.42, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $215.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $211.19 million.
