Microstrategy, Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR) disclosed the following on Monday:

Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 24, 2015, the Company elected Phong Le as its Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, effective as of his start date with the Company (the Effective Date), which is expected to be on or about August 24, 2015.
