Carolina Financial Corporation Board of Directors Approves Quarterly Cash Dividend
July 27, 2015 12:23 PM EDTCHARLESTON, S.C., July 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Carolina Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: CARO) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share on July 22, 2015. Adjusted for the six for five stock dividend which will be paid on July 31, 2015, this represents a 20% increase in the cash dividend. The dividend will be payable on October 7, 2015 to stockholders of record as of September 18, 2015.
