U.S. Silica Declares Quarterly Dividend
July 27, 2015 9:01 AM EDTFREDERICK, Md., July 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SLCA) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per common share. The dividend is payable on Oct. 2, 2015 for all shareholders of record as of the close of business on Sept. 15, 2015.
