July 27, 2015 8:01 AM EDTTOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, N.J., July 27, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oritani Financial Corp. (the "Company" or "Oritani") (NASDAQ: ORIT), the holding company for Oritani Bank (the "Bank"), reported net income of $15.7 million, or $0.38 per basic (and $0.37 diluted) common share, for the three months ended June 30, 2015, and $46.9 million, or $1.13 per basic (and $1.10 diluted) common share, for the twelve months ended June 30, 2015.
