American Midstream Declares Quarterly Distribution
July 23, 2015 4:05 PM EDTDENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: AMID) today announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.4725 per common unit, or $1.89 per unit on an annualized basis.
