Chicopee Bancorp, Inc. Reports Second Quarter Results and Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.08 per Share
July 23, 2015 5:00 PM EDTCHICOPEE, Mass., July 23, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chicopee Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: CBNK), the holding company for Chicopee Savings Bank (the "Bank"), announced the unaudited results of operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2015.
The Company also announced on July 23, 2015, that its Board of Directors declared a $0.01, or 14.3%, increase in the quarterly cash dividend from $0.07 per share to $0.08 per share. Stockholders of record on August 7, 2015 will receive the cash dividend on or about August 21, 2015.
