TriCo Bancshares Announces Quarterly Results
July 23, 2015 5:44 PM EDTCHICO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- TriCo Bancshares (NASDAQ: TCBK) (the "Company"), parent company of Tri Counties Bank, today announced earnings of $11,366,000, or $0.49 per diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2015. For the three months ended June 30, 2014 the Company reported earnings of $4,859,000, or $0.30 per diluted share. Diluted shares outstanding were 22,980,033 and 16,310,463 for the three months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively.
