USA Compression Partners Announces Ninth Consecutive Quarterly Distribution Increase since IPO; Second Quarter 2015 Earnings Release and Conference Call Scheduled for August 5
July 23, 2015 4:30 PM EDTAUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- USA Compression Partners, LP (NYSE: USAC) (the Partnership) today announced an increased cash distribution of $0.525 per unit on its common and subordinated units for the second quarter of 2015, which corresponds to an annualized distribution rate of $2.10 per unit, up from the first quarters distribution rate of $0.515 per unit, or an annualized rate of $2.06. The Partnerships second quarter distribution rate is an increase of 1.9% over the first quarter of 2015 and is up 5.0% year-over-year. The distribution will be paid on August 14, 2015, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on August 4, 2015.... More
