Bemis Company Reports 2015 Second Quarter Results With Strong Margin Improvement and Cash Flow

HIGHLIGHTS:

Second quarter diluted EPS from continuing operations increased 11.7 percent to $0.67 per share. Gross profit as a percentage of net sales improved to 21.5 percent in the second quarter, compared to 20.0 percent in the prior second quarter. U.S. Packaging segment operating profit return on sales increased to 14.8 percent, compared to 13.9 percent in the prior second quarter.
