Colfax Names Matthew Trerotola Chief Executive Officer
July 23, 2015 6:08 AM EDTAnnapolis Junction, July 23, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Colfax Corporation (NYSE: CFX), a leading global manufacturer of gas and fluid-handling and fabrication technology products and services, today announced that Matthew L. Trerotola, formerly an Executive Vice President at DuPont, has been named Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Colfax, effective July 24, 2015. He succeeds Steven E. Simms, who will assist in the transition and will continue to serve on the Colfax Board. Mr. Simms notified the Board early this year that he planned to retire, and the Board subsequently undertook a search for a replacement.
