Oceaneering (OII) Declares $0.27 Quarterly Dividend; 2.8% Yield
July 22, 2015 5:03 PM EDTOceaneering (NYSE: OII) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 18, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 28, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 26, 2015.
