Newmont Mining Corporation (NYSE: NEM) (Newmont or the Company)
announced second quarter results, including $441 million in operating
cash flow, and $692 million in adjusted earnings before interest, taxes,
depreciation and amortization (Adjusted EBITDA).1
Net income: Achieved adjusted net income2 of $131
million, or $0.26 per basic share, compared to $101 million or $0.20
per share in the prior year quarter; GAAP net income attributable to
shareholders from continuing operations was $63 million, or $0.13 per

announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.025
per share of common stock, payable on September 24, 2015, to holders of
record at the close of business on September 10, 2015. The average
London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) P.M. Gold Price during the
second quarter fell below the Companys gold price linked dividend
