Chemical Financial Corporation Increases Cash Dividend
July 22, 2015 8:01 AM EDTMIDLAND, Mich., July 22, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chemical Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: CHFC) today announced that the Board of Directors of the Corporation declared a third quarter 2015 cash dividend on its common stock of $0.26 per share, representing an 8.3% increase over the second quarter 2015 cash dividend of $0.24 per share. The third quarter 2015 dividend will be payable on September 18, 2015, to shareholders of record on September 4, 2015. The ex-dividend date is September 2, 2015.Â
