Pattern Energy (PEGI) Plans $125M Common Stock Offering; Previews Q2 Results
July 21, 2015 4:22 PM EDTPattern Energy (NASDAQ: PEGI) announced that it intends to offer, subject to market and other considerations, up to $125 million of shares of its Class A common stock in an underwritten public offering (the "Equity Offering"). The Company expects to grant the underwriters of the Equity Offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the entire offering amount solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
