Williams Partners Announces Quarterly Cash Distribution
July 20, 2015 6:34 PM EDTTULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE: WPZ) today announced a regular quarterly cash distribution of $0.85 per unit for its common unitholders.
The board of directors of the partnership's general partner has approved the quarterly cash distribution, which is payable on Aug. 13, 2015, to common unitholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 6.
The cash distribution is consistent with the partnerships previously announced guidance for a total 2015 annual distribution of $3.40 per unit.
