Hill International (HIL) Files Amended Proxy Materials; Opposes Bulldog's Nominations and Proposals
July 17, 2015 8:17 AM EDTHill International (NYSE: HIL) issued amended proxy materials, including a letter to its stockholders, in advance of the company's Annual Stockholders Meeting scheduled for Friday, August 7, 2015. The letter summarizes Hill's long-term track record of growth, its outlook for record revenues and EBITDA in 2015, and management's commitment to delivering long-term and sustainable shareholder value.
