Two River Bancorp Increases Its Quarterly Dividend by 17% to $0.035 Per Share
July 16, 2015 8:30 AM EDTTINTON FALLS, N.J., July 16, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Two River Bancorp (NASDAQ: TRCB), (the "Company"), the parent company of Two River Community Bank ("Two River"), today announced that the Board of Directors approved a 17% increase in its cash dividend, raising the quarterly amount to $0.035 per share of the Company's common stock for an annualized amount of $0.14 per share. This increase compares to the second quarter dividend of $0.03 per share, an annualized amount of $0.12 per share. The third quarter dividend will be paid on August 28, 2015 to common shareholders...
