HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kinder Morgan, Inc. (NYSE: KMI) today announced that its board of directors approved an increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.49 ($1.96 annualized) payable on Aug. 14, 2015, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 31, 2015. This represents a 14 percent increase over the second quarter 2014 dividend of $0.43 per share ($1.72 annualized) and is up from $0.48 per share ($1.92 annualized)... More
