Westamerica Bancorporation Reports Second Quarter 2015 Financial Results
July 15, 2015 11:16 AM EDTSAN RAFAEL, Calif., July 15, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Westamerica Bancorporation (Nasdaq: WABC), parent company of Westamerica Bank, generated net income for the second quarter 2015 of $14.8 million and diluted earnings per common share ("EPS") of $0.58, increased from net income of $14.6 million and EPS of $0.57 for the prior quarter. In the second quarter 2015, Westamerica Bancorporation paid a $0.38 per common share dividend.
