EdR Announces Increase in Quarterly Dividend to $0.37 Per Share
July 15, 2015 7:30 AM EDTMEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- EdR (NYSE: EDR), a leader in the ownership, development and management of collegiate housing, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.37 per share of common stock.
This is an increase from the previous dividend rate of $0.36 per share of common stock and, based on the companys recent stock price, represents an annual yield of approximately 4.6%.
The dividend will be payable August 14, 2015 to shareholders of record as of July 31, 2015.
