Valero Energy Corporation Declares Regular Cash Dividend on Common Stock and Announces Additional Share Repurchase Authorization
July 13, 2015 4:55 PM EDTSAN ANTONIO, July 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE: VLO, "Valero") has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock of $0.40 per share. The dividend is payable on September 2, 2015 to holders of record at the close of business on August 4, 2015.
