July 2, 2015 8:15 AM EDTMERRILLVILLE, Ind., July 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â The Board of Directors of NiSource Inc. (NYSE: NI) today approved a quarterly dividend payment of 15.5 cents per share, payable August 20, 2015, to common stockholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2015.
