Blackstone (BX) Agrees to Sell AlliedBarton in $1.67B Deal
June 30, 2015 7:58 AM EDTBlackstone (NYSE: BX) announced today that private equity funds it manages have agreed to sell AlliedBarton to Wendel SE for approximately $1.67 billion. The transaction is expected to close later this year, and is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
