(the "Company") (NASDAQ: CARV), the holding company for Carver Federal Savings Bank ("Carver" or the "Bank"), today announced financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2015 ("Fiscal 2015").
The Company reported net loss of $126 thousand, or basic and diluted loss per share of $0.03, for the fourth quarter of its fiscal year ended March 31, 2015, compared to a net loss of $769 thousand, or basic and diluted loss per share of $0.21, for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.
