Seres Therapeutics, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 25, 2015 8:00 PM EDTCAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Seres Therapeutics, Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,430,555 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $18.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the common stock is being offered by Seres Therapeutics.
