Kayne Anderson Midstream/Energy Fund Increases its Quarterly Distribution to $0.51 per Share for Q2 2015 and Declares Special Distribution of $1.80 per Share
June 25, 2015 4:41 PM EDTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kayne Anderson Midstream/Energy Fund, Inc. (the Fund) (NYSE: KMF) announced today its quarterly distribution of $0.51 per share for the quarter ended May 31, 2015. This distribution represents the fifteenth consecutive quarterly increase by the Fund and represents an increase of 1.5% from the prior quarters distribution and 6.3% from the distribution for the quarter ended May 31, 2014.
The Fund also announced today a special distribution of $1.80 per share. This special distribution is comprised of undistributed long-term capital gains, and is being made in order to avoid being subject to U.S. federal income... More
