Kroger Raises Quarterly Dividend 13.5 Percent
June 25, 2015 11:32 AM EDTCINCINNATI, June 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 13.5 percent increase to the company's quarterly dividend, a two-for-one split of its common shares, and a new $500 million share repurchase program.
