Commercial Metals Company Reports Third Quarter Earnings Per Share Of $0.49, Earnings Per Share From Continuing Operations Of $0.58, And Announces Quarterly Dividend Of $0.12 Per Share
June 25, 2015 7:00 AM EDTIRVING, Texas, June 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) today announced financial results for its third quarter ended May 31, 2015. Net earnings attributable to CMC for the three months ended May 31, 2015 were $56.7 million ($0.49 per diluted share) on net sales of $1.5 billion. This compares to net earnings attributable to CMC of $23.6 million ($0.20 per diluted share) on net sales of $1.7 billion for the third quarter ended May 31, 2014.
