ISIS (ISIS) SMNRx Data Suggests Trends Going in Right Direction - Deutsche Bank
June 22, 2015 9:27 AM EDTDeutsche Bank reiterated a Buy rating on ISIS Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ISIS) with a price target of $78. Earlier ISIS provided an update on children with SMA who have completed the open-label, Phase 2 multiple-dose study of ISIS-SMNRx and are continuing to receive treatment in an open-label extension (OLE) study. Isis Pharma (ISIS) Update on ISIS-SMNRx Phase 2 in SMA
June 22, 2015 7:04 AM EDTIsis Pharma (NASDAQ: ISIS) provided an update on children with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) who have completed the open-label, Phase 2 multiple-dose study of ISIS-SMNRx and are continuing to receive treatment in an open-label extension (OLE) study. Consistent with earlier observations, increases in muscle function scores and additional motor function tests were observed in children treated with ISIS-SMNRx. Isis is currently collaborating with Biogen to develop and commercialize ISIS-SMNRx to treat patients with SMA.
