MINDBODY Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 18, 2015 9:44 PM EDTSAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif., June 18, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MINDBODY, Inc. (Nasdaq: MB) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,150,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share. In addition, MINDBODY has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,072,500 shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
