Anworth Declares a $0.15 Per Share Second Quarter Common Stock Dividend and Announces Increase to Share Repurchase Program
June 18, 2015 4:05 PM EDTSANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation (NYSE: ANH) announced today that its board of directors (the Board) declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.15 per share for the second quarter of 2015. The common stock dividend is payable on July 29, 2015 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2015.
Also, the Company announced that the Board authorized the Company to acquire up to an additional 5,000,000 shares of the Companys common stock through its share repurchase program.
