Baytex Confirms Monthly Dividend for June at $0.10 Per Share and the Addition of A Premium Dividend(TM) Component to Its Dividend Reinvestment Plan
June 15, 2015 2:15 PM EDTCALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/15/15 -- Baytex Energy Corp. ("Baytex") (TSX: BTE)(NYSE: BTE) reports that a cash dividend of $0.10 per common share in respect of June operations will be paid on July 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on June 30, 2015. The ex-dividend date is June 26, 2015. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
