RLJ Lodging Trust Announces Dividend for the Second Quarter 2015

BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- RLJ Lodging Trust (the Company) (NYSE: RLJ) today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per common share of beneficial interest. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2015, to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2015.

Based on the Companys common stock closing price of $30.12 on June 12, 2015, the annualized $1.32 dividend represents a 4.4% yield.
