Ashford Trust Declares Dividends For Second Quarter Of 2015

DALLAS, June 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSE: AHT) ("Ashford Trust" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per diluted share for the Company's common stock for the second quarter ending June 30, 2015. The dividend, which equates to an annual rate of $0.48 per share, is payable on July 15, 2015, to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2015. 

The Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.5344 per diluted share for the Company's 8.55% Series A Cumulative Preferred Stock for the second quarter ending June 30, 2015.... More
