Invuity Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 11, 2015 7:06 PM EDTSAN FRANSISCO, June 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Invuity, Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $12.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the common stock is being offered by Invuity. In addition, Invuity has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of common stock from the company at the public offering price.
