BlackRock (BLK) to Acquire Mexico-Based Infraestructura Institucional
June 12, 2015 8:13 AM EDTBlackRock (NYSE: BLK) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Infraestructura Institucional, Mexicos leading independently managed, infrastructure investment firm, expanding BlackRocks infrastructure capabilities in Mexico and deepening the Companys presence in the country.
