InterDigital's Board of Directors Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend, Increases Stock Buyback Authorization
June 11, 2015 4:30 PM EDTWILMINGTON, Del., June 11, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- InterDigital, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDCC), a wireless research and development company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend, as well as increased its existing stock repurchase program by $100 million.
The regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the companys common stock will be payable on July 22, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 8, 2015.
