L-3 Declares Quarterly Dividend
June 10, 2015 3:59 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) announced today that its board of directors has declared the companys regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.65 per share, payable on September 15, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2015.
