IXYS Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
June 10, 2015 8:30 AM EDTMILPITAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- IXYS Corporation (NASDAQ: IXYS) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.035 per share. The quarterly dividend will be paid on July 7, 2015 to stockholders of record on June 23, 2015.
