Burlington Stores, Inc. Announces $200 Million Share Repurchase Program
June 9, 2015 6:59 AM EDTBURLINGTON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Burlington Stores, Inc. (NYSE: BURL), a nationally recognized off-price retailer of high-quality, branded apparel at everyday low prices, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the Company to repurchase up to $200 million of its common stock. The repurchase program will be funded using the Companys available cash and is expected to be executed over the next 24 months.
