Ladder Capital Corp Announces Second Quarter 2015 Dividend to Holders of Class A Common Stock
June 8, 2015 4:30 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ladder Capital Corp (Ladder or the Company) (NYSE: LADR) today announced the declaration by its Board of Directors of a second quarter 2015 dividend of $0.25 per share of Class A common stock. The cash dividend is payable on July 1, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2015.
