Sears Holdings (SHLD) Misses Q1 EPS by 26c; Domestic Comps Fell 10.9%

Sears Holdings (NASDAQ: SHLD) reported Q1 EPS of ($2.85), $0.26 worse than the analyst estimate of ($2.59). Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.08 billion.

For the quarter, domestic comparable store sales declined 10.9%, comprised of a decrease of 7.0% at Kmart and a decrease of 14.5% at Sears Domestic, which contributed to $558 million of the decline.
