InfraREIT Announces Quarterly Dividend
June 5, 2015 4:05 PM EDTDALLAS, June 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- InfraREIT, Inc. (NYSE: HIFR) ("InfraREIT" or the "Company") today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.225 per share of common stock, or $0.90 per share on an annualized basis, payable on July 23, 2015, to holders of record on June 30, 2015.Â
