CBOE Holdings (CBOE) to Acquire Certain Livevol Assets
June 2, 2015 9:02 AM EDTCBOE Holdings (NASDAQ: CBOE) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the market data services and trading analytics platforms of Livevol, Inc., a leading provider of equity and index options technology and market data services to professional and retail traders. The acquisition, which has been approved by the board of directors of both CBOE Holdings, Inc. and Livevol, Inc., is expected to close by June 30, 2015. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
