Wilshire Bancorp Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend 20% to $0.06 Per Share
May 29, 2015 8:00 AM EDTLOS ANGELES, May 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wilshire Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: WIBC), the parent company of Wilshire Bank, announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per common share. The dividend will be paid to all stockholders of record as of June 30, 2015, payable on July 15, 2015. The $0.06 per common share dividend represents a 20% increase from the dividend of $0.05 per common share paid in the prior quarter.
