TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/27/15 -- Bank of Montreal (TSX: BMO) (NYSE: BMO) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.82 per share on paid-up common shares of Bank of Montreal for the third quarter of fiscal year 2015, a 2 cent increase from the previous quarter.

BMO Private Banking Study: Affluent Canadians' Average Home Price Tops $1.5 Million
